Mr Eric Kojo Frimpong Santeng comes with a rich professional experience of over 30 years as a turnaround specialist. He brings bottom-line expertise as well as a refreshing and energetic approach to corporate advance across divisions.

He delivers rapid results via broad and deep analysis. He is strongly focused on solutions that creates profitability, innovates new product ideas and marketing plans, showing creativity and strong attunement to trends.

The astute multinational businessman, MR Santeng has served on a number of top management boards prior to joining Royal Ghana Gold Ltd., where he is poised to make this first ever gold refinery a household name in the country and the rest of the world.

Dr. Sandeep Chadha Chief Executive officer (CEO)

Dr. Sandeep Chadha is an MBA (London) and Ph.D. He has over 25 years of rich experience in multi-dimensional business domains. He has been involved in introducing new technologies, products, and solutions in different world markets and environments. He has a proven track record, and a very successful record, of building businesses, driving sales, and promoting best technology practices in various industries. Before joining Royal Ghana Gold Ltd, he was Managing Director of a leading consulting firm with excellence in Strategy and Management consultancy. He has also led the transformation of some client companies into enterprise-focused companies with a growth of over 50% in a year. His rich Management experience is also backed by 19 years of working experience in the ITALIAN TRADE COMMISSION (Government of Italy).

With Royal Ghana Gold Ltd, Dr Chadha is responsible for running all facets of the business.

Dhruv Dua Finance

Mr. Dhruv Dua is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2013 batch) and an Economics graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce – Delhi University (2009 batch).

Mr Dua started his career with KPMG, a leading global provider of risk, financial and business advisory, tax and regulatory services in the International tax vertical.

With Royal Ghana Gold Ltd, Mr Dua is actively involved in advising on strategic tax and regulatory matters to clients in a wide variety of Industry verticals. His expertise involve advising clients on a plethora of regulatory matters (under FEMA & RBI), assisting on Corporate Law matters, myriad business advisory, and other matters.
