The protection of Human Rights is supreme

to the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives of Royal Ghana Gold. Our aim is to contribute to the well-being of local communities and protect the interest of the bottom-lines. We have duly adopted and put to practice the Standards of Health and Safety practices, providing for safe working conditions for our people.

We strictly stand against Child labor, and

constantly endeavor to abolish and prevent the same. Regular site inspections ensure the policy framework with respect to preserving the rights of the locals, and staff in general, are put to practice. We constantly support the law of the land engaging in best practices towards the well-being of the natives of the country.

Our policies support sustainable development,

and truly believe that economic growth cannot occur without respect for the fundamental human rights. To this effect, we reaffirm our support and strategies in line with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
